A calendar for ADHD brains

Watch your day flow toward you.

Grids make 3 PM look the same at breakfast as it does at 2:55. In Riverlet, events drift toward a fixed Now line and grow as they get close, so you can feel how much time you actually have.

Why a grid fights an ADHD brain

Standard calendars show time as a wall of equal boxes. That works if you can sense time passing. Riverlet shows distance instead.

Time blindness

In a grid

A 3 PM box looks identical at 9 AM and at 2:55 PM.

In the river

It grows and brightens as it gets close, so 2:55 feels like 2:55.

Out of sight

In a grid

The rest of the day sits off-screen or on another tab.

In the river

The next few hours are always in view, drifting in from upstream.

Equal urgency

In a grid

Every event is the same size and weight.

In the river

What's close is big and bold. What's far is small and quiet.
